Dear Roy Daine,
Though I read your post earlier, I thought it was in another thread. Now I realize that I should have replied to it. The amount of effort put in by you testifies to the intensity of your spirit for True Democracy.
Just one thing I want to mention. It is always not necessary that every citizen should be obliged to express himself on every issue, for True Democracy to prevail. It is enough if every citizen is able to express himself on what he expects from the representative/government on issues that concern him. For example those in the field of Education would like to see the conditions prevailing in their area of work change for the better. Similarly those working in the field of Health would be anxious to see improvements in their work area. Of course anybody can voice support to matters regardless of the area of work, based on their perception of right and wrong.
Thus, in the web platform for True Democracy that is being contemplated upon, the citizens in a particular constituency should be able to impress upon the concerned representative, on what their constituency requires. The citizens can post their views under different categories (education, health, infrastructure etc.) under the particular constituency available on the platform.
