Hi Everyone,

Just been perusing your elections thread and noticed the posts about a lack of a definition for DD. How about -

'Direct democracy - Wherein sovereignty is vested directly in the people, who, in exercise of their inalienable right to self-determination and under universal suffrage, determine the structure and functioning of their own governance.'

This is exact, while being broad enough to allow for differing systems, according to the will of a people.
