Actually it is not true that "WDDM only advocates I&BR". WDDM does not officially advocate much if anything yet, because we have not yest managed to arrive at any collective position.

For example, I also advocate government by consensus as the only true democracy, and my position is very similar to that of Parrhesia Joe (see [democracy.mkolar.org], [www.world-wide-democracy.net] - my initial proposal how to renew WDDM where I was also suggesting consensus levels around 80%).
But I am willing to accept I&BR as an important intermediate step better than the current "representative democracy".

Bruce, please do not confuse your personal positions with those of all WDDM which are still very undefined.

So I am repeating again, I believe that the most important thing is to finally set up a procedure on how to arrive at our collective position if we want to have any collective position at all (as oppose to be only a loose discussion club as we have been till now).
