When you define these job descriptions, are we going to have all the work done by the Webmaster?
Who will keep the necessary paper records? What system of safeguarding exists? Who has access?

Presently Mirek is doing a fine job as Treasurer, would it not be better to define that job description and responsibility also? Than Mirek could be appointed to the job, until another would take it or Mirek got to busy. The point is to understand the process etc. so this can continue on.
