Thanks Mirek for the help. I will leave this for a bit below as "directions".

Now to get on with Initiatives,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I started a page for people from the US here USConstitution
Now, I would like to develop word structure which would provide for I&R in a constitution. Some I&R is dependant on the governing body to make law and structue of how the I&R will work. I detest this as it immediately places the power in the hands of the governent. They could delete the whole I&R Structure with one vote.

I therefore think that the "article" for I&R should only be changed by referendum approval of the people. Thus the people or the government could propose changes (petition) however the change would not take effect unliss passed 50% +1 by referendum.

How to "save" a new page?

Just click on the Store button below.
You must have done it somehow, otherwise the above question would not be here. :-)

How to make a new page:

1st method: In the text of an existing page type a new WikiName (the new you want to give to the new page), this creates a link to an non--existing page, such as you typed ProPosal above (and I repeated it here). It will be underscored with a dashed line. Then you simply click on this link, and anwser Yes to the question 'Do You want to create a new page?'

2nd method: Add /clone to the URL (address of the page) in your browser's URL field, and press return
(or click on GO), and a new copy of the original page will be created. Then you choose for it a new name, and start editing it.

Wilst I am asking questions, how do I delete a page?

Similar to /clone above, but type /delete in the same place.
