Mark, certainly I know I can change the charter or anything if I want providing it is agreed by majority. We asked the Board to develop process to run itself, asked them to write Charter material ie membership etc. Now they have hardly had time to meet. Please give them some slack so they can commence with their work. I simply reminded them and advocated that change is expected. I did not want them to feel obliged to follow the virgin into the woods out of loyalty to her essence. Bruce
