Direct Democracy is not about the decisions, it is about having the authority to make decisions.


Initiative is the way to introduce a matter, Binding Referendum is the people's decision to implement the matter.


DD must be at all levels of government. If you have it at local community's but are still ruled by State or National than you may not be able to implement your decisions.


Once DD I&BR is implemented the people have the authority to make decisions. The people will than have to construct the infrastructure of their own jurisdiction to make decisions. That is their responsibility and no one else should or can do it for them.
