It appears we are in agreement on the rights of the people. I think we're also in agreement on the importance of I&BR, although your message seems to suggest otherwise.


For my part, as I said in my last note to you, "I&BR is, and must always be, a fundamental right of the people." Beyond that, I prefer to avoid the doctrinaire approach.
