Subject: Greetings from George Sagi

I have been visiting Winnipeg for the last month, and so I was able to meet
twice in person with George Sagi
(http://www.world-wide-democracy.net/Wiki/SagiWritings).

He looks very good after winning another bout in his fight with cancer, and
sends greetings to everybody. However he remains as pessimistic as he started
to be in 2005 (see http://democracy.mkolar.org/pdda/publications.html) as to
the fate of the world, and the possibility of the world-wide democracy (and
thus the meaningfulness of the WDDM efforts). He thinks that the only way to go
is to concentrate on local issues, and to run for office within the established
structures (parties) and if elected to try to achieve some change from such
positions. He is now concentrating on his Physics projects.
