Bruce, I suppose i could outline a workforce for such an organization. However, I don't believe this chore is for me, but for the Administrator of the organization.
While in Prague, Jiri had given me the name of a college professor who he thought would be perfect for the job, but the man, whom I believe a sincere advocate of DD, said he would be interested ONLY if the funds were available to operate and maintain such an organization for the minimum time necessary to make progress. Can't say that I blame him. So, until such time as this happens, or until someone (or more) with the experience is willing to join with me to create a BUSINESS PLAN with which to approach foundations for funds, I will do no more thinking about a WDDM Educational agency.
