If the people have no statutory power to demand anything, your initiative is really useless. First, the people get the power to initiatie. Than if the people choose to go to what you call "full democracy" they can if they choose. Making a fancy program which has no power will likely despirit the people further.

The goal of WDDM was to establish Initiative and Binding Referendum in as many country's, governments as possible. Than, if the people wanted to network we could also grow to a peoples world government.

Because WDDM lost it's initial goal, we have gotten no where.
