Ahh Mirek, I did not say Would I said Could. These things can be addressed in the Charter or Constitution making it more difficult for dominating groups to legislate their own agenda. I an living in an area where this goes on constantly. Large family's, Unions, Chamber of Commerce, Large Corporations, all have "power" to affect any legislation. Please be realistic and see the dangers so they may be addressed appropriately instead of ignoring them.
