They will attempt to hold simultaneous voting activities from all countries and territories on May 15, 2006. 252 NATIONAL AND TERRITORIAL TEST-PARTNER-STATIONS are needed to take part in the pilot voting program.

I got more info on May 4 from the Field Test coordinator Joel Marsden:
The logistics for the Global E-Voting Simulation are quite simple:
Confirmed participants will receive a password that will allow them to access a voting page on the internet on May 15th.
A minimum of 1 vote is required. This could be you at your computer. It is up to individual partner organizations to see if they want to organize a small event around this experiment, where an entire office or group participates. (We also ask for a digital photograph of the event, if this is possible.)
It is our goal to map out the possibilities of global direct democracy in in a real setting. We welcome your observations and will compile these materials in our report.

Are we going to participate as group?
webmaster
I agree WDDM should participatel. There is no time! May 15 is almost here. Yes let us do it. We could email our votes to the webmaster and he vote for WDDM as a group.

Has WDDM decided to vote as an Organization?
Is it to late to vote as an Organization?

Bruce,
There were not too many responses on our poll - just 3 votes cast. But nobody voted against the participation as a group, so it could be considered aproved. I will surely dutifully pass on those 3 votes (one of them is mine) into the global referendum - only in the case that the real questions will be identical with the ones that were posted in out polls, which are marked on the Referendum site as "sample questions". Do you agree? Or you can still ask for your own paswwords by writing Joel Marsden at joel(at)worldvotenow.com or Estefania Gollert at
Estefania(at)worldvotenow.com.
I've just got my password for the May 15 vote, and they encourage that more than one person votes from each "voting station". Although strictly speaking, they should do that in person.
But it is really only an excercise at this moment as I got this
REMINDER: THIS VOTE IS PURELY SYMBOLIC AND WILL ALSO BE ANONYMOUS. THIS IS A TEST TO MEASURE THE REACH OF THE INTERNET FOR A WORLD VOTE.

I agree Mirek. We have 100% agreement that WDDM participate.
I requested a password, if not to late.
This exercise is important, to determine if global voting is workable, and what needs to be done to accomplish it. I await the results.
