I guess China, Russia, India, Brazil, Iran, Cuba, North Korea and Hugo Chaves might have a different plan...

LZ, for people who are interested in who sits at the top this is it;

The Reichs Council of The Nobility of Europe
The Imperial College of Princes and Counts of The Holy Roman Empire

1489-2009

http://www.imperialcollegeofprincesandcounts.com/

The Seat of the Imperial Order is in London, at the residence of H.I.&.R.H. Prince Karl Friedrich von Deutschland, de jure Emperor Charles VIII of Germany, Hereditary Sovereign Chancellor and Grand Master of the Imperial Order.

THE CONSTITUTIONAL CHARTER OF THE IMPERIAL ORDER AND ASSOCIATION OF THE NOBILITY OF THE HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE

The Imperial Order and Association of the Nobility of The Holy Roman Empire of The German Nation, which has been preserved for many centuries for the formal defence of Christianity, which originates from the First Noble Knights of the Holy Roman Empire of The German Nation, who fought for the victory of the Christian Faith .

It is now formally composed of the old and new families of the Holy Roman Empire and is, therefore a closed Imperial Order.

The Holy Roman Empire hands down its own traditions through the surviving families, and it has never suffered a conquest by any foreign power.

Below is comment l found on a website,

The so-called H.I.&.R.H. Prince Karl Friedrich von Deutschland, Duke of Swabia, de jure Emperor Charles VIII of Germany is an masquerading as such. He is not real, but impersonating. His real name was Karl von Wettinberg. He used a "Deed Poll" to declare himself presto chango by magic into something he is not and never could be.

Right, they are as scared and incompetent about it like the fifth column of the JP Morgan Chase and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York agents busy in avoiding bubbles ...

The onething that l find that really surprises me about WDDM is that so many of the group do not really believe in Direct Democracy, even with people like Ricardo Semler proving that it really works very well in the workplace, the difference there is that there is goodwill involved from the top level, where the top level we are deal with have sold out to higher powers, set the right environment and you will see the best come out in people, there will be some personality types that want like it, but the majority will.
People will need to get good advice, like our politicans get themselves, with their advisors.

I agree Jiri, Research often proves what is desired having little to do with  the people. Planning cells would involve people and stir interest in the matter.

The questionnair is useful if it is possible to find a way to really involve ordinary citizens in the proces of forming an opinion on the subject matters concerned. Most people are too lazy to think and consider such complicated matters. I believe we should start by demanding that the problems invoved be submitted to Planning Cells (according to profDienel), Citizen Juries, or scientific deliberative polling. The questionnaire could be presented to these bodies first and their assessment should set guidelines.

Dear Jim Powell and other members of WDDM:
Attached is a questionnaire that I offer as a potential tool in promoting direct democracy in your communities and nations. It is a first draft. I ask for your review and comments, please.
