Ya, someone thought we could fix the US. --- Likely 100 - 200 sign a petition? Ya right! We do not have the active people to do much. A major campaign is needed and likely the best would be a World Socialist Group of People who develop a World System. Want to start a group to begin? http://wddmsn.ning.com/
As it is, not all country's signed onto the Haug International Court [US] so jurisdiction lacks. The present manipulation of the IMF, World Bank, etc gum's up the mess. Yes Africa has serious problems. But so do many other country's. If we helped each other it could be grand............ Money spent on WarRing and pocketed could provide all that is needed to begin.

We need a USA Initiative and Binding Referendum draft we can agree on and send it round so people from ALL states can submit to their state.

I think NI4D has a higher likelihood of passage than your strategy. That
is what I am working on.
