As reaction I repeat below my post

I'm sorry to see that this trash has reached this group too. This post
is an indecent mixture of nationalism, intellectual dishonesty and
ignorance. For what it's worth it was me who wrote the phrase:

"Israeli Air Force bombing Palestinian houses
and killing regularly (democratically) elected
Hamas leaders."

There are thousands of articles to read about this undemocratic Israeli
politics. Facts say that on January 2006, Hamas candidates won 74 seats
in the PA’s 132-member parliament.
Let's take Haaretz (Israeli newspaper)
"Hamas has a majority in the parliament - although Israel's arrests of
nearly half of Hamas' deputies put that majority in doubt"
http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/871314.html
As if it was not enough, Israel has withheld $600m in tax revenues from
the PA since Hamas formed the government. Just a few days ago the
Israeli government has agreed Sunday to restore full financial ties with
the new, non-Hamas Palestinian Authority.
More facts:
Sheikh Yassin was assassinated in his wheelchair by an Israeli missile
(march 2004). Abdel Aziz al-Rantissi replaced him as the leader of Hamas
but was assassinated a month later by another Israeli missile. The new
Hamas leader was kept secret for fear of his assassination.

My point: we don't have to like Hamas (nor any other organization,
party, government, syndacate, union etc..). We have the right to
disagree with any existing organization. But i find these heavy
interferences with a regularly elected parliament simply inacceptable.
This group likes to talk about democracy. Is this the kind of democracy
we are seeking? Controlled or limited democracy? Free to do what others
decide?

Regards

Giorgio

PS i've left many other Israeli political issues aside (invasion of
Lebanon, destruction of Gaza, the infamous wall....) not to bore you.
