You can send as is or consider my comments if you please.

I appreciate the work on this pamphlet which could bring people to WDDM.

Yes I think a mail address is necessary.
I suggest the main goal of WDDM is to explain and advocate the Initiative Referendum [I&R] process. [IE] Initiative, Binding Referendum and Recall process. WDDM can also explain some of the methods people may use to gain I&R into Statue's and Law so the people actually have the control needed to govern themselves.
I do not however think WDDM has the resources at this time to be a testing ground for technology-enabled direct democracy. I prefer that line be deleted from the pamphlet. Bruce

Dear all:
This is almost emergency. I have created in hurry the enclosed little
pamphlet. Just a very basic information - it would be good to spread the
word about us among the young people. There are actually two copies
placed on a single (letter-size) page. I added a POBox address if
somebody wanted to contact us by ordinary mail. Is this necessary? Do
you suggest instead any other postal address?
Are there any suggestions for how to improve the wording of the text?
I'll wait till July 3 (Monday is holiday here - Canada Day) for your
suggestions. If I don't get overall disapproval by Tuesday with this
action, I'll mail the required 350 copies to Mr. Raj Shekhar Chandola to
the address given below. It could still get there in time.
Alternatively, if somebody from Europe wanted to print this pamphlet
(175 pages, then cut them in half) and mail it to Mr. Chandola, it would
be appreciated as it would get there faster. If that person would want
to consider the expenses incurred with this mailing as donation to WDDM,
it would be duly noted in our financial statements at

Looking forward to your further suggestions on this matter.
