However, as you said, "all that is needed is a few simple procedures of debate and decision." That is ALL that we have tried to do for years, establish a simple method of debate (orderly) and how to make decisions (vote). Consensus is nice, but even consensus methods need to vote occasionally because not all will 100% agree on everything. Please help to develop simple procedures of debate and decision for WDDM.
