right, I apologise - this was my own frustration coming through and definitely
there was no offence intended. I wanted to try and pull the discussion towards
actions not discussion of actions. Apologies if I have offended

condescending toward many people here who do marvellous and tenacious work for

Inability to act – permanent or temporary – can have many causes and can come
