Dear Leo,

Thank you for your post re the EU Constitution. The EU will have
better or bitter effects globally and the EU Constitution will thus
effect us all.

I strongly agree with your Draft Proposal on the European Constituent Process
I ask the people attending the Prague Conference to develop this proposal.

I suggest this further process:

1. If further discussion is needed, it could be accomplished at the
World Democracy Forum http://64.62.195.58/wddf/index.php
2. When a final Proposal on the European Constituent Process is
completed, it could be posted to websites and an email address
provided for all those who endorse it to "sign" to it.

This would allow it to be a "petition" to begin a real EU
Constitutional process of the people.

ps I could not find this website you posted EuropeanConstituentProcess.Net
