Dear George,
I am afraid that those people who already applied for the WDDM membership
(all of them are already tentatively subscribed to this list) and were not the
members of the old WDDM must be somewhat confused by your previous message,
because they have no idea about our previous discussions.

Very shortly for them: we had some disagreement about how to exactly start
the new WDDM. To avoid the past failures, I proposed to start it according to
the very simple initial rules that are in the second framed area near the top
of http://www.world-wide-democracy.net/. George preferred to have much more
detailed rules. His final proposals are here:
http://www.world-wide-democracy.net/archive/proposals0/gs_call_for_wddm_renewal.html
http://www.world-wide-democracy.net/archive/proposals0/gs_action_plan.html
From the discussion he had with the members of the old (almost
non-functioning as I understand it) WDDM, it seems that I am allowed to start
the WDDM renewal according to the simple rules.

The April 10 deadline is very close, so we'll start the WDDM Online
Constituting Convention quite soon by providing you with the details of all the
applicants.

Miroslav (Mirek) Kolar
