DD is OBLIGATORY and facultative direct democratic procedures.
DD is constitutional conventions, first of anything else.
DD is direct election of judges, especially constitutional judges (exists in 8 US states, I bet you know which ones ...)

Perhaps repetition works for you LZ. Until we have established Direct Democracy with
Initiative and Binding Referendum we have no power to address government at all.
