This is good. I think we need to define the term "moderation of posts". Certainly bombers, spammers, vicious and other foul messages must be controlled. I think we must state that  each member has a responsibility to confront messages which violate the terms below. If an individual has made serious violation, notify the webmaster who can make a determination and action using voting members input. Thus we are all "moderators".

There could be an appeal procedure or the right for alleged offenders to present their position to the voting members.

| THE MEMBERSHIP IN WDDM AND IN THIS MAILING LIST IS INCOMPATIBLE
