Bruce, with the Swiss system, did you ever study
how they come to get there system, and who were the main people behind the
idea.

Yes this was the initial WDDM goal to oversee representative
government with sovereignty lodged in the
assembly of all citizens who choose to
participate.
This is really quite simple and appropriate goal. Once
begun, the people have the tools to develop however they choose to run their
