Hello WDDM!
I just wanted to let you know that I've started a new site for my project, the Social Computer, and that the idea has finally begun to crystallize!!
The final product is the Civil Sandbox, it's a new building for a city which contains special technology and functionality. The building is designed to support and encourage growth and change at many levels.
As you may have guessed, I posted it as an application to Google's project 10^100

Whether or not I get anywhere with the GOOGLE entry, I will still be creating the pilot event in the next 2 years.
