I think we should respect Mirek's decision to not be on the board. He has given (so much) of himself to get us up to this point. His work on website(s) and other matters demand his time. I thank you Mirek for all you have done. Bruce

I recommend that we use the recently adopted charter as a point of
reference for how we do business.
