Dear all,
At present, the number of subscribers to this e-mail list fell to 39.
It looks like for example Bernard has also finally left for good.
(The OPEN_WDDM list has 34 subscribers.)
I don't expect that is would be possible at this moment to introduce some rules
on in which order the various proposals recently presented here should be
processed. I suggest that each person who proposed something tabulates the
reactions to their proposal and manages the discussion about it.
Everybody else can easily check up the results, as counted are only responses
that are being sent into this list (to wddm@world-wide-democracy.net).
I hope we will have a lot of reactions to Mark's compilation of the Charter
proposal.
