According to the rules proposed in April 2005
(http://www.world-wide-democracy.net/Wiki/WddmRules) we should postpone the
decision in such case until a better consensus is achieved.
These rules were however never really implemented and it seemed in the past
that the consensus was to accept anybody who claimed to be a DD advocate and
registered with us. So Mr. Khan remains and he is now also subscribed to both
lists.
I called a vote on this case because Mr. Khan's membership seemed to me to be
in contradiction to our mission as currently written on the WDDM home page.
That's why I think it is time to clarify the character of WDDM as I suggested
in my previous post and then maybe derive from it some very basic rules and
enforce them.
