Just to confirm, I certainly did not reject the applicant Juan. It was
asked if his application could be submitted for him, in proxy. I
pointed out that Juan would have to apply himself, otherwise people
could be entered who did not want to be.

I am very happy Juan did now apply himself and I certainly accept him
as a member. If the other members agree he will be accepted.
