Charter requires the election of three Board members. Additional nominations of candidates for the Board positions are still excepted.

In the meantime, test here a secret-vote system for the WDDM votings and elections: [www.world-wide-democracy.net]. If adopted, it could be used for the Board elections and other future votings. This systems allows to hide the votes and even the identities of the voters, and at the same time enables the voters to view, verify and change their vote at any time using a key of their own choice.
