The five changes are a good beginning plan.
I do not understand Africa "states". Do the communities within Africa have any democratic elections? Is it possible for the electorate, meaning all African citizens, to petition the African government? There is "rumor" that some form of WI-FI or internet is making it's way into Africa. Is this fact and if so how far has this happened? Is it conceivable that in the next 5-10 years that Africa will indeed be connected by cyber - internet?

Thanks for this post. There is a growing Global peoples government initiative and Africa must be included. Who would be interested in developing this link?
