This is WDDM and certainly it matters where a "discussion" occurs. We could be all over the place looking for discussions, yahoo, google, irc etc. This would not be secure either.

WDDM has accepted WDDM Forum as the discussion method and place. That is where discussions should occur until/if it is changed.

This jumping around serves only to fragment WDDM.
