Dear Board,

Part of your responsibility is to develop a working method to do business. Some of the adopted charter rules are a bit tight in my opinion and if you see fit to loosen them by re-witting the present charter it is likely to be adopted.

The Swiss learned if they made tight rules, no Initiative could proceed. Please consider this as you deliberate.

Everything can be changed. If a new adoption does not work well, change it.
