Getting down to action

Dear All,
The pouring out of ideas on the thread Seeking True Democracy though a bit unfocussed has served a useful purpose. I think there is broad agreement that we should set up a web based platform where people can express what they expect from their elected representatives at the national, state, district and down to the lowest level as is practicable. Roy Daine's enthusiasm in carrying forward the idea on MyVerdict is encouraging. The only thing I would like to add is that the people's opinion should be available in terms of electoral constituencies rather than geographic areas. This would give a sharper edge to the effort.

This effort if it takes off would still require years to make an impact on the global public and thus become popular world-wide. But certainly it would. Regarding the further course of action there may still be disagreement depending on one's point of view. Instead of wasting time on further deliberations we should proceed further.
