I would like a ballot position for no or disagree. If there are two candidates or two options none of which I agree, than by abstaining I have not lodged my objection. We recently had a Judge who ran unopposed. Many of us wanted to vote against him but there was no place to do so. Our votes were counted for him.Same with a legal issue. If neither are any good, with enough disagree votes it could be rethought, reworded.
