Among the groups that advocate the "Swiss-style" direct democracy in Canada there are on-again-off-again attempts to create a broader coalition. One such recent episode brought an innovative procedure for consensus building: [democracy.mkolar.org]

Very interesting discussion. I appreciate the efforts Canadians are doing to develop communication and DD principles. The "lessons" help us all. Each step reveals new methods which can improve the end result. Congratulations to all participants. Bruce
